ACF Vimeo Video Upload is a digital product (a downloadable WordPress plugin), ordered by email.

Digital products & right of withdrawal

Because the plugin is delivered as an immediate digital download, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers can expire once the download is provided with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right — as permitted under EU consumer law (§ 356(5) BGB / Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

If something is wrong

We want the plugin to work for you. If it doesn't install, doesn't function as described, or you run into a technical problem, get in touch and we'll help fix it — or, where appropriate, arrange a refund. Please reach out before or shortly after your purchase and describe the issue and your setup (WordPress, ACF and Vimeo details).

Email info@plattenbrand.de with your order reference (your order email or invoice number). Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
